We organize several trips during the year around China, but also to other countries, to visit factories, showrooms or attend fairs.

For each order we receive, we always perform audits.

Before to start business with a new factory we’ll audit it, and only start the commercial relation, is the result is pass.

For each order we will use AQL standard to audit the production and the loading will also audited.

Our QC’s make sure the production is in accordance with the requested for the product but also for the packaging, manual etc.

If the result is failed, the factory will rework until the audit is pass.

With this policy we want to make sure our members will receive what they order, and very important, to avoid after sales issue.
